With 8 years of experience in a hospital setting, Reza has treated a broad range of cases such as neurology, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, rehab medicine and outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy. ​ In his heyday, Reza was for competitive powerlifter with respectable official numbers 225kg squat, 270kg deadlift, 170kg bench press at 93kg bodyweight and was nominated to represent Singapore at the World's International Powerlifting Federation. He was also a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner at blue belt level winning competitions both locally & internationally. ​

A physiotherapist since 2012, Joel holds a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore) and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia (Australia), supported by the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) scholarship. During his time with SGH, Joel gained experience in Geriatrics, Rehab Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery and Musculoskeletal Units. He went on to complete advanced training in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy under the Singhealth-SGH Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal, Residency Program in 2017. He served as the Games Physiotherapist for 8th ASEAN Para Games 2015 & provided medical coverage for Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2015-16. He was also part of SGH multidisciplinary teaching teams in Vietnam in 2017 and Myanmar in 2019. Joel has been appointed to be a clinical educator to Physiotherapy students on clinical placements from Nanyang Polytechnic and the Singapore Institute of Technology. Joel has also been the supervisor to numerous Physiotherapists undergoing supervision as per Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) guidelines.  Beyond these educator and supervisory duties, Joel has also led the Ankle & Foot Physiotherapy service from 2018-2019 and Sports Physiotherapy Service from 2019 to 2021. He has received multiple service awards for his patient-centred award approach and has also gained recognition from medical colleagues for his excellent clinical work. On the weekends, you can try to spot him rowing at the Marina Reservoir.

Sylvia Yip

Sylvia is a certified Sports Massage Therapist and has worked alongside several physiotherapists. A sports enthusiast, with a keen interest in activities like cycling, running, swimming and trekking to name a few. She is trained in a wide range of techniques which include manual therapy, muscle energy techniques (MET), trigger points release and deep tissue treatment. Her patients range from dancers to runners. In her downtime, Sylvia works closely with young triathletes in providing maintenance, treatment and pre-event support. Sylvia believes in bringing positive energy to each patient to empower their recovery. She's also a multi linguist, proficient in English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Cantonese.
