With 8 years of experience in a hospital setting, Reza has treated a broad range of cases such as neurology, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, rehab medicine and outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy. ​ In his heyday, Reza was for competitive powerlifter with respectable official numbers 225kg squat, 270kg deadlift, 170kg bench press at 93kg bodyweight and was nominated to represent Singapore at the World's International Powerlifting Federation. He was also a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner at blue belt level winning competitions both locally & internationally. ​

Sylvia Yip

Sylvia is a certified Sports Massage Therapist and has worked alongside several physiotherapists. A sports enthusiast, with a keen interest in activities like cycling, running, swimming and trekking to name a few. She is trained in a wide range of techniques which include manual therapy, muscle energy techniques (MET), trigger points release and deep tissue treatment. Her patients range from dancers, rowers to runners. In her downtime, Sylvia works closely with young triathletes in providing maintenance, treatment and pre-event support. Sylvia believes in bringing positive energy to each patient to empower their recovery. She's also a multi linguist, proficient in English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Cantonese.

Zoe Yam

Prior to joining Get Moving Physiotherapy, Zoe spent years in both the public and private healthcare sector honing her skills as a physiotherapist, rotating through many inpatient and outpatient settings ranging from Orthopaedics, Intensive Care Unit, General Medicine to Musculoskeletal units. Zoe has continued to participate in a variety of courses to improve and expand her clinical skill sets to be a more effective clinician. She is currently pursuing a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (tDPT) with University of Montana. When it comes to patient care, Zoe believes in the active participation of her patients in providing holistic care. Instead of merely alleviating pain, she aims to educate her patients to understand the root causes of their pain. Zoe also seeks to understand your functional demands and needs and works hard to help you achieve your goals. She finds great joy partnering in her patient’s recovery as they achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic, Zoe can be found sweating up a session on the tennis court, attending a variety of group fitness classes or enjoying a good concert at the concert halls.
